He has over 20 years of experience in Real Estate practice and has dealt with complex title due diligence and verifications relating to title, contiguity, user, zoning, encumbrance for both urban and agricultural land/ property.

  • agricultural and urban tenancies, perpetual leases, impact and effect of prevailing rent control laws, formulation of strategies towards protection/ termination and eviction of such tenancies;

  • acquisitions and dispositions of real estate / properties

  • structuring of real estate transactions including collaboration / development agreements, agreements to sell/ terminate, sale/ transfer / assignment deeds, gift deeds, power of attorney, lease deeds, leave & license agreements, settlement deeds, memorandum of family settlements and other contracts etc.;
