The disputes and insolvency practice has vast experience in dealing with matters across industries. Led by Kinshuk Chatterjee with 13 years of experience in commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration, including experience in international arbitration and litigation in London, the disputes resolution practice of the Firm specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency and restructuring.  

 

We provide insights to our clients which aim at resolving disputes in a commercially viable and time bound manner. Keeping the clients’ interest paramount, the team frequently represents clients in litigation relating to civil and commercial disputes, white collar crimes, real estate complaints, etc. as well as both ad hoc and institutional arbitration before various courts and tribunals pan India. 

 

In addition to disputes resolution, the Firm has an extensive insolvency practice. It represents creditors, corporate debtors, insolvency professionals in corporate insolvency resolutions and liquidation processes. The Team advises and curates resolution plans, advises and represents bidders in acquiring corporate entities facing insolvency proceedings and also engages with insolvency professionals for corporate resolution and liquidation process advisory.
