ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE – LEGALLY POSITIVE?

COVID-19 has forced all of us to be innovative with the way we work and made us realize the importance of doing things digitally. The basic legal framework with respect to electronic signature (e-sign) and electronic records has been there for quite some time in India, but there has been a reluctance by both private entities as well as authorities to make regular use of it.
