A trust is registered as a Category II Alternative Fund with SEBI(AIF Regulations), 2012. The fund seeks guidance as to the definition of “qualified buyer”, as to the understanding of the provisions of the SEBI qualified buyers are limited only to those AIFs which are body corporates.
