SEBI ONLINE KYC

Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has always been at the forefront in using technology to streamline various procedural aspects pertaining to investment. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that SEBI has come out with a circular on clarification on know your customer (KYC) process and use of technology for KYC1(“Online KYC Circular”).
